Suzy’s training is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), though she also incorporates other theoretical frameworks that have been shown to be effective in treatment, such as Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. Suzy works with adolescents, adults and couples. She has experience treating mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, adjustment problems, complicated grief, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem issues.
