Mark Rogers, Professional Dietitian (Candidate)
Mark Rogers discovered his passion for food and cooking early in life, pursuing an education and career in the culinary arts. Working in restaurants with a commitment to supporting local and sustainable producers sparked an interest in the greater food system, which eventually led him to an education in dietetics. Throughout school and internship, a strong interest in the environmental factors contributing to obesity and other chronic diseases has given him a passion for counseling and the pursuit of behaviour change skills, which he hopes to combine with a practical knowledge of cooking to help people lead healthier lives.
